We all remember Badminton World Championship 2017 Final match between India’s P V Sindhu and Japanese Nozomi Okuhara. The whopping 73 shots rally was the cynosure. Unfortunately, the Japanese won that match with 19-21, 22-20, 20-22 points.
But today it was the revenge time.
Today was the final match of Korean Open Superseries 2017 and PV Sindhu showed her excellent skills in the court against Nozomi Okuhara by beating the Japanese in the final.
After losing the second set, Sindhu dominated most of the third set but the talented Okuhara fought back very hard. Although Sindhu had three match points, Nozomi Okuhara refused to give in at the end.
After an 84-minute match against her Japanese counterpart, PV Sindhu became the 1st Indian shuttler to win the Korean Open while dominating 2 out of 3 sets with points 22-20 11-21 21-18 in Seoul Today.
