India, a rich and prosperous state in the past has seen the worst of a holocaust under the Islamic invasion. With the death of some 400 million Hindus, India also saw it’s architectural and cultural catastrophe in the form of Temple demolition under the hands of Muslim invaders/rulers, which now defines the agony of sanatan culture under Muslims. Among the thousands of temples (demolished) there are few of them which speaks the story loud and clear.
Martand Sun Temple, Kashmir
Located near Anantnag in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, the Martand mandir , dedicated to surya Dev was built during the era when the sun and the moon were considered the supernatural entities. It was built by king Ramaditya in 5th centaury, probably between 490 and 555 AD and modified by king Lalitaditya in the 8th centaury. Setting a perfect example of Islamic holocaust on Indian culture, in 15th centaury it was destroyed by the second sultan of Gabri tajik dynasty of Kashmir, Sikander Butshikan. I took him one year to completely destroy this temple.
Ram janma bhoomi, Ayodhya

Even though the mosque does not faces mecca according to Islamic architecture and No namaz has been offered there ever, it holds its importance among the Muslim group of India.
